The factory is in Aydin Organized Industrial Zone with 45.500 meter square area and has a capacity of over two million meters with full automated machinery equipments that are world-wide known in the sector. • 4 Different Types : 11-PK, 21-PKP, 22-PKKP, 33-PKKPKP • 5 Different Height : 300 mm - 400 mm - 500 mm - 600 mm - 900 mm • 27 different length choices from 400 mm to 3000 mm with the increases of 100 mm. • Production is optional with or without mensoles upon request. • Ventil compact panel radiator can be produced as ventile to be placed in right & left side or middle connection upon request. • Cold Rolled panel and convector steel plate according to DIN EN 10130 standards on DC 01 quality. • Modern 33.3 mm pitch water channel design. • Maximum thermal heat outputs with wide convector surface area. • High corrossion resistance with nano-technological surface treatment. • Ecological water based wet paint & RAL 9016 epoxy polyester electrostatic powder paint. • Maximum working temperature is 110˚C. • 4 x R 1/2” and 6 x R 1/2” connection. • Universal hanger, floor stander, thermostatic insert valves and thermostatic heads can be supplied upon request. • Wide assembly kit including blind plug, purger plug, dowel, screws and clips. • High quality production according to CE, EN 442, GOST - R, UKR SEPRO, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and TSE standards.

Do not climb on to the radiator!

In reference to EN 442; each panel radiator is tested in 13 Bar. Max. working pressure is 10 Bar.

ASSEMBLY ACCESORIES 1 - Standard L-Console

Designed for welded mensole brackets of all types and models of panel radiators. • L-Console selection depends on the height (H) of the panel radiator. • It enables mounting from the wall at a distance of 33 mm or 45 mm. • It is used for concrete structures and masonry from porous concrete and solid bricks.

ASSEMBLY ACCESORIES 2 - Spring Console (Universal Hanger) When placing the ventil compact panel radiator to the wall, it is necessary to use universal hangers which are designed mainly for radiators without welded mensol brackets. • The selection depends on the height of the radiator (H). • It equipped with a safety catch to prevent the radiator from lifting. •It enables mounting to the wall at a distance of D=30 mm from the wall. • It is used for concrete structures and masonry from porous concrete and solid bricks.

Console Top Part Spring

• Assembly the top part to the console. • Assembly the spring by keeping bipper hook down. • Mount the bottom hook to the console body.

• Mount the console to wall by nut driver. • Take the top part up, it will lock itself and put the radiator as shown. • Push the radiator to wall, when you heard ‘CLICK’ it is OK.

5 – Thermostatic Head

Thermostatic heads are used to control the temperature of individual rooms using panel radiators. • Heimeier thermostatic heads are designed to be mounted on all thermostatic valve bodies and on radiators with integrated valves which have an M 30 x 1.5 connecting thread on the thermostatic insert.

CHAPTER – 3 HANDLING AND STORAGE Pekpan Panel Radiators are individually bubble-wrapped and radiators are packed in shrink-wrapped to achieve maximum durability during transportation and storage until installation is complete. CHAPTER – 5 CONDITIONS OF USE AND CARE 1)Panel radiators comply with EN 442, and are manufactured under quality management system approved by EN ISO 9001, environmental management system approved by EN ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety management system approved by OHSAS 18001. 2) Radiators must be protected against impact and crashing during transport and assembling. 3) Storage should not be done in a humid environment and packaging should not be opened during storage. 4)Max. working pressure is 10 Bar for Panel Radiators. For leakage test while assembling the radiators, water should be used max 8 bar pressure with a regulator. 5) Max. working temprature is 110 °C. 6) Before completing all kinds of painting in rooms and offices, shrink nylon packaging should not be unpacked. 7) In order to prevent water noise from your radiator; inlet valve position should be equal to outlet valve position or in slightly more open position. 8) Radiators should never left without water because of the corrosion effect. In this case, the radiator is not under warranty. 9) In order to get homogen heating from the radiator, the air in the heating water must be thrown out from purger plug with air vent key. 10) Excessive tightening of the water connection elements while assembling the radiator can cause damage in the connection elements. Due to that there will be leakage. 11) Radiator mounting to the wall; should be made from connection points on the radiator without harming the paint and keeping the packaging. 12) Be sure that the ambient temperature does not below 0°C. Freezing of water in the plumbing may damage both the radiator and the plumbing. If the ambient temperature falls below 0°C antifreeze should be added in water plumbing. 13) Do not use chemical cleaners with the aim of cleaning surface of the radiator. 14) Such items like furniture which is positioned in front of the radiator; prevents air circulation out of the radiator and reduces the heating efficiency. 15) Usage in the areas, which are directly contact with water vapor, is not under warranty.

CHAPTER – 5 TERMS OF GUARANTEE Each panel radiator and all related parts are guaranteed for ten years from the date of installation against defects caused by faulty materials or manufacture. We replace the defective product with a similar one or we will send you spare parts. The guarantee does not cover damages that are due to faulty storage and handling at delivery or installation, nor damages that are due to faulty use of the unadvisable water pressure and water quality, such as use of corrosive substances, too high pressure or damage due to freezing. pH: ( min 9,5 max: 11,5) total hardness : (max.30 ppm) CaCo3 Oxygen : (0 (zero)) In case of a guarantee claim the buyer must contact the seller and present some kind of evidence of purchase of the product, such as delivery note, claim report with photos and serial number which is placed on the convector. The defective product always has to be sent back to seller for inspection within one month from the date of complaint, if not otherwise agreed upon.
