Quadra SF 9436 4 post lift: The Quadra SF 9436 lift is Tecalemit’s general purpose 4 post platform lift recommended for use in car workshops. The lift has generous platform dimensions of 4300mm x 500mm but still maintains a compact overall length, including access ramps, of under 5200mm. The lift incorporates a complete range of safety features including mechanical and hydraulic safety systems. The concrete pad onto which the columns are secured should be constructed of C30 concrete 160mm thick excluding the thickness of any screed or paving that may be added. Should a lighting kit be installed a neutral supply is required. The Quadra Class IV MOT lift is a compact design that allows easy access for all vehicles and can be installed either into a floor recess or surface mounted. The lift platforms are manufactured with recesses for bearing type radius turning plates, a requirement for MOT testing. In addition to MOT testing the Quadra SF 9004 is also ideal for general servicing and repair work on passenger cars and car derived vans. The position of the right hand lift platform can be adjusted to give the optimum working space underneath the vehicle. The Quadra SF 9004 must be installed onto a level concrete surface of a minimum 160mm thickness.

Quadra SF 9250 Service/MOT lift:

The SF 8976 electro-hydraulic lift is suitable for MOT testing of Class IV, VII and 5L vehicles. It has an increased platform length of 6000mm making it ideal for general servicing and repair work on even the longest wheelbase LGV vehicles and motor caravans. The platforms are a generous 650mm wide providing ample space for twin wheeled vehicles. With one adjustable platform and with the distance between the platforms ranging from 900 -1200mm a large range of vehicles are easily accommodated. The 6.0t Quadra lift incorporates a comprehensive range of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic safety features and conforms to CE requirements. Installation must be onto a level workshop floor and onto a concrete base of 180mm thickness, grade C30. A 3Ph 400V power supply is required via a 20 amp fused isolator, which should be located adjacent to the lift motor post.

The Quadra SF 9250 is a heavy duty light goods vehicle lift with a lifting capacity of 5.0t and platform length of 5200mm suitable for Class IV and Class VII MOT testing. The extended platform length ensures easy access to all areas of even long wheelbase vehicles without obstruction from the lift posts. The wider platforms provide adequate support for twin wheeled vehicles making the lift ideal for all types of general servicing and repair work. Installation of the lift should be to a prepared site with a level floor of C30 grade reinforced concrete with a thickness of not less than 160mm. The SF 9944/4 and SF 9944/6 are compact, precision geometry lifts for use with CCD and laser alignment systems. Designed for use where space is at a premium. Both also feature bearing mounted rear wheel slip plates which allow for geometry adjustments to be made without the need for resetting the vehicle. The Quadra SF 9944/4 and 9944/6 have both hydraulic and electronically operated mechanical safety systems. The SF 9944/6 lift platforms are fitted with integral hydraulic scissor lifts which enable the vehicle to be raised ‘wheelfree’ for both run-out compensation and general servicing and repair work. Correct installation of the lift is essential and a level floor of at least 160mm C30 grade concrete is a prerequisite.

The SF 9008/4 Quadra wheel alignment lift is a 4.0t precision 4 post lift and the SF 9008/6 Quadra wheel alignment lift is a 5.0t precision 4 post lift. Both have been developed for use with CCD and laser wheel alignment systems. The lifts incorporate heavy duty, bearing mounted, rear wheel slip plates, these enable adjustments to be made to rear wheel geometry settings without the need to reset the vehicle between measurements. The SF 9008/6 incorporates auxiliary lifting tables and has a slightly longer platform length of 5.2m as opposed to the 5.0m for the SF 9008/4. Both have a complete range of safety systems including an audible alarm during the final stages of descent, hydraulic ‘parachute’ valves and electronically operated mechanical safety latches. A rail is fitted to the inner platform of the SF9008/4 for installation of a jacking beam if required.

Quadra 5.0t 3D Wheel Alignment Lift

The Quadra SF 9450/4 lift from Tecalemit has been introduced to meet the increasing demand for a 4 post lift capable of accommodating 3D wheel alignment equipment. Offering greater flexibility at a lower cost than scissor or parallelogram lift alternatives the SF 9450/4 provides both a specific solution for 3D wheel alignment equipment and a super wide access lift for vehicles such as larger MPV and off road models. With a drive through dimension of over 2900mm between the lift columns even the widest vehicle can access the lift for any type of repair work. The lift is supplied complete with rear wheel slip plates and carriers for the operators own radius turning plates. Correct installation of the lift is essential and a level floor of at least 160mm C30 grade concrete is a prerequisite.
