Beschreibung Prüftransformatoren dienen der Erzeugung hoher, möglichst verzerrungsfreier Prüfspannungen bei relativ kleinen Leistungen. Hochspannungs-Prüftransformatoren unterscheiden sich deshalb in Aufbau und Auslegung von Leistungstransformatoren. Prüftransformatoren werden einphasig aufgebaut und besitzen ein großes Übersetzungsverhältnis. Solution
Wir bauen einen Hochspannungs-Transformator mit einer Sekundärwicklung, die auf einer Seite geerdet ist. Die andere Seite ist der Hochspannungs-Pol. Zum einfachen Messen der Hochspannung fertigen wir eine erdnahe Messwicklung im Verhältnis 1 : 1000. Der Transformator wird komplett in Öl betrieben. Das ergibt eine gute Hochspannungsisolierung und ebenso eine gute Wärmeabfuhr.

We build a high voltage transformer with a secondary winding that is grounded on one side. The other side is the high voltage pole. For an easy measurement of the high voltage we manufacture a measurement winding with ratio 1 : 1000 that is close to earth. The transformer is operated completely in oil. This leads to a good high voltage isolation as well as a good heat removal.

Kundenwunsch Wir müssen Hilfsenergie auf Hochpotenzial übertragen. Dazu brauchen wir einen hochisolierenden Transformator, der von 230V auf 300V übersetzt, aber mit 30kV DC galvanisch trennt. Die Leistung beträgt nur 9VA. Damit die absolut sichere Trennung gewährleistet ist, darf die Teilentladung maximal 10pC bei 14kV eff betragen. Um die Einkopplung von Störungen gering zu halten, muss der Transformator geschirmt sein.
We have to transmit the auxiliary energy to high potential. Therefore we need a highly insulating transformer, which translates from 230V to 300 V, but is able to do a galvanic separation at 30kV DC. The power is just 9VA. To guarantee an absolutely secure separation, the partial discharge may not be higher than 10pC at 14kV eff. To keep the linking of distortions low, the transformer needs a shielding.
Solution
Lösung Ein Transformator, bei dem durch Feldverteiler die elektrischen Felder so gering wie möglich gehalten werden. Die Primärwicklung und die Sekundärwicklung sind jeweils geschirmt. Der Vakuumverguss erfolgt mit einer gut haftenden, weichen Vergussmasse. Die Masse ist transparent, damit eine zusätzliche optische Kontrolle der Vergussgüte möglich ist.
A transformer which is able to keep the electrical fields as low as possible by using field distributors. The primary winding and the secondary winding are each shielded. The vacuum potting is done with a well adhering, soft cast resin. The resin is transparent to make an additional optic control of the potting possible.

Wir bieten unseren Kunden neue Überspannungsschutzeinrichtungen und Geräte für eine hohe Netz- und Signalqualität. Überspannungen sind potentielle Störfaktoren, die gerade dann Schäden oder Zerstörungen verursachen, wenn die permanente Verfügbarkeit des betroffenen Gerätes oder der Anlage erwartet wird. Aufwendungen für Wiederbeschaffung, Reparatur sowie Ausfallzeiten sind die Folge. Zum Prüfen unserer neu entwickelten Geräte brauchen wir einen Testtransformator. Auf einem Potential von 40.000 V soll eine Spannung von 2 x 1000 V mit 2,5 A erzeugt werden. Der Trafo wird für die Labor- und Stückprüfung eingesetzt. Eine Netzrückkopplung der Prüfspannung muss verhindert werden.

Unser Transformator hat einen sehr kleinen Ableitstrom, ist teilentladungsfrei und hat eine kleine Koppelkapazität. Die Isolation wird mit Vakuumverguss erreicht und ist für Dauerleistung ausgelegt. Die Anschlüsse werden über Gewindebolzen angeklemmt.
We build a screened isolation transformer, which is able to generate 2 x 1000 VAC while being on the high potential of 40 kVDC. Our transformer has very low leakage current, is free of partial discharge and has a small coupling capacity. The isolation is reached by vacuum potting and is constructed for continuous power. All terminals are connected on threaded bolts.

In unserem kernphysikalischen Labor werden atomare Spaltprodukte von verschiedenen Ionenquellen ionisiert. Dazu haben wir eine 30 kV Hochspannungsplattform errichtet. Die Versuchsgeräte, wie z.B. ein Penningfallen Massenspektrometer brauchen eine Stromversorgung auf 30 kV Potential über Erde. Die gesamte Leistung beträgt dreiphasig 20 kVA.

Lösung Um eine möglichst verzerrungsfreie Hochspannung bei verhältnismäßig kleiner Leistung zu erzeugen wurde ein EI-Blech hoher Qualität verwendet. Durch das große Übersetzungsverhältnis (von 11 V auf 2000 V) und der Forderung nach einer guten Kopplung kommt eine spezielle Wickeltechnik zum Einsatz, welche auch die erforderlichen Mindestabstände zur Eingangsseite, sowie zum Kern sicher stellt und dadurch Überschläge vermeidet. Durch ein Vergussverfahren unter Vakuum wird die erforderliche Trennspannungsanforderung von 6 kV PRI-SEC realisiert - durch die gewählte Gehäuseform kann eine problemlose Montage in der jeweiligen Applikation erfolgen.

Wir benötigen für unser Prüfsystem einen Hochspannungstrafo, der Netzspannung von 230 V 50 Hz nach oben auf 40 kV transformiert. Der Dauerlaststrom soll 100 mA betragen bei 40kV. Der Transformator muss wartungsfrei sein, aus Umweltgründen darf kein Öl verwendet werden. Zusätzlich soll er im Labor direkt am Industrie-Netz zu betreiben sein.
