We work with customers in defence and commercial markets including medical, transport, aerospace and energy. Ours is a collaborative engineering approach. We offer extensive in house manufacture and test capabilities and we routinely develop exceptional products to demanding customer specifications. We are an established supplier of personal and platform armour systems to UK MOD, and a specialist systems integrator for its vehicle platforms.

Morgan Advanced Materials Tactical Advanced Structural Composites - TASC™ Morgan Advanced Materials - Composites and Defence Systems TASC™ Light Protected Patrol Vehicle is the most capable platform in its class in the world. It is available in BR4, BR6 and BR7 levels of protection. The vehicle is based on an enhanced Land Rover Defender chassis and incorporates the unique CAMAC® composite armour system. The chassis and its armour have been proven over many years on operations worldwide. The vehicle is highly reliable and easily maintained. Its lightweight armour system delivers payload for mission systems, crew and equipment. It is suitable for military, police and counterterror operations in urban and rural environments. The platform can be adapted with a range of mission systems specific to the required role.

CAMAC ® Armour delivers outstanding protection at minimum weight CAMAC® structural armour is made from unique composite materials and resin formulations. It is used in the manufacture of light armoured vehicles, in aviation and maritime applications. It is 50% lighter than equivalent steel alternatives with reduced parasitic mass and offers better protection against behind armour effects. It is upgradeable with CAMAC® appliqué systems to meet a range of threats and multihit requirements. It is fully fire and corrosion resistant, performs across the full range of environmental conditions and is a key enabling technology for platforms where weight is at a premium. The armour system on TASC™ comprises our unique structural composite armour and the most advanced appliqué systems to meet the ballistic threat requirements. CAMAC® delivers the required multi-hit performance at minimum weight and offers many advantages:

TASC™ is based on a modified Land Rover Defender chassis to deliver the necessary payload and automotive performance. In our heavy duty configuration it has a gross vehicle weight of 3.9 tonnes. This can be further upgraded to 4.5 tonnes depending on the automotive performance, protection level and mission systems required by the user. In either configuration, the chassis delivers a highly versatile and robust automotive solution.
