Process tanks and agitators (WITH OR WITHOUT HEAT EXCHANGE) CSC offers technical solutions for pressure tanks used in sterile storage, bioreactors, biofermenters, preparation tanks, melters and mixers, which are custom designed to your specifications. All solutions comply with current norms and applicable regulations (PED, CODAP, ASME, GOST, certification Ü, EXAT). Our engineers provide particular care in guaranteeing the absence of retention areas in our tanks and agitators, in order to allow total hygiene and sterility. CSC and their agitation system experts offer a wide range of 1 to 3 movements for applications such as mixing, melting, dispersion, emulsion and homogenization with heat transfer by double jacket.
Storage and mixing tanks (INTEGRATING PROCESS) CSC meets your needs for double-jacketed insulated storage tanks, on feet, on skirt, or on concrete slabs. These may be equipped with pendular or side-mounted agitation systems. With over 40 years’ experience, CSC engineers specify the optimal solutions in terms of heat exchange surfaces, double jacketing and half-pipe dimensioning in order to ensure temperature control. Cleaning in place (CIP) systems are located according to tank and agitation system geometry (compliance with EHEDG, 3A requirements).
