El término“Graffiti”, surge a finales de los años 60, en el Bronx, en Nueva York, cuando las bandas callejeras comenzaron a escribir en paredes y vagones de tren. Considerado el “graffiti” un arte callejero visual y público, hoy en día la mayoría de lo que se considera “Graffiti” son obras autorizadas. Tag, nos llega desde las calles de las grandes ciudades de EE.UU, y se introduce en nuestras casas, tiendas, restaurantes... dando un toque artístico exclusivo a nuestros espacios. The term graffiti emerged at the end of the 1960s in the Bronx, NY as street gangs started painting walls and railway wagons. As visual and public “Street Art”, what is nowadays considered “graffiti” is mostly authorized or comissioned work. TAG comes from the United States’ most important cities and finds a place in our homes, shops and restaurants while bringing a uniquely art driven touch to our spaces.

Hay 50 imágenes cedidas por 25 artistas en la colección TAG y cada imagen es un extracto de un mural más grande. Estamos orgullosos de poder decir que los artistas representados en esta colección están colaborando a través de un acuerdo de licencia que les compensa por su trabajo. Muchas gracias al fotógrafo arquitectónico Peter Molick por viajar por todos los Estados Unidos para capturar estas bellas obras de arte. There are 50 unique images contributed by 25 artists in the TAG collection and each image is an excerpt of a much larger mural. We are thrilled to be able to say that the artists in this collection are participating through a licensing agreement that compensates them for their work! Big thanks to architectural photographer Peter Molick for traveling all over the United States to capture these beautiful works of art.
