• Enter this information • Please then enter your business email address and a memorable password and click the green REGISTER button.

Completing the form 1. Select watch brand from drop down menu 2. Enter your own repair reference details 3. If the customer requires and estimate then select “Yes” for estimate required 4. If you think the watch is over 3 years old please tick ( non mandatory) 5. Please describe the watch you are sending and tick associated boxes if applicable 6. Enter details of work to be done (free format or just tick boxes) 7. Any other information/work not required and further details 8. Press submit and print button

Please note: do not enclose customers watch box and we do not need any other paperwork  if  you are using this new service

If you have requested an estimate you will receive an email with the estimate attached. After received customer approval : 1. Login 2. View current repairs 3. Select repair and click on line item to expand 4. Read our Assessment notes 5. Display estimate details. 6. Keep or delete optional extras 7. Tick box to accept watch assessment and then click on APPROVAL REQUIRED box 8. Click on Authorise to proceed or cancel and return if the customer does not want to go ahead .
