Our favourite thing about the bar at Chotto Matte is not only the fact it is carved from lava stone (..cool..) but also all the different characters involved that help make it such a fantastic base for creativity to thrive. Our bartenders work hard to get their own drinks on the menu and it is great to see the personalities mirrored in the end results. Marco’s Nikkei Old fashioned is a heady mix of 15 year old Peruvian rum stirred down with brown sugar, chocolate bitters with a yuzu and shiso spritz. There isn’t enough space here to describe everyone so please come up to the bar and meet the team. We have different sections on this menu with drinks to suit every mood as well as a huge selection of spirits including Japanese Whiskies and Piscos. I highly recommend sitting at the bar or out on the terrace and enjoying a Pisco sour with a ceviche and a couple of tostaditas
