Step 1: Log-in •

Visit http://ops.imagineps.com



Use your email address that is on file with Regis to log-in – Franchisees that don’t have an email on file with Regis should email [email protected] with your first name, last name, phone number, email and brand(s) you need to access.



If you have multiple brands, all of your available brand templates should be available upon log-in

Step 2: Register •

Register by entering your personal details, and creating a user name and password. –



Location Information for salons has been pre-loaded for all Owners, so you will not need to register your individual salon addresses. – –



Your username must be unique, and will be noted by the green check next to the field.

If you are not an Owner, or you find that your locations are not in your profile when you are working within the templates, please send an email to [email protected]. You will need to provide the name of the franchisee (Owner) to then get registered as a User within that Owner ’s profile.

Note: At template selection, you can order printed pieces through the site or you can download your file(s) and print locally

Step 3: Choose Your Template •

Market-Wide, Mass Advertising: These templates are best used for multiple locations, to generate awareness and drive traffic. – Ads (1/2 page, full page, ¼ page): Use ads in your local magazine or newspaper to create awareness in your market and drive traffic. Typically, due to cost, ads are often used to promote multiple locations. – FSI (Free standing Insert ): Free Standing Inserts can be purchased through News America. These inserts are distributed along with newspapers or shared mail to reach a broad geographic area. Offers help drive traffic to your salon. Typically, due to cost, FSIs are often used to promote multiple locations. – Valpak: Use this template to reach a large number of people in local neighborhoods and drive traffic with coupons in Valpak, a shared coupon mailer. Valpaks are typically used to promote multiple locations.

Step 3: Choose Your Template •

Localized, Targeted Advertising: These templates are best used for individual, or a few locations, to drive traffic with offers. They are best distributed in the vicinity of your salon, within 3-5 miles. –

Flyers (1/2 page, full page, ¼ page): Flyers are good for distributing offers in the vicinity of your salon (i.e. to area businesses) to drive traffic.



Direct mail: Use this template to develop either a 6x4" or 9x6" postcard to target specific neighborhoods around your salon. Best practice is to mail 1500-2500 to likely clients within 3-5 miles of your salon. Direct mail is great when you want to drive traffic to an individual (or few) locations, vs. many.



Poster: Use this template to create a poster for your storefront windows or for displaying posters in designated areas at your center.



Counter Card: Use this template to create a counter card to display at your POS/Desk area or within your wait area.



Coupons: Create coupons that you can distribute to passerby, at events, or to local businesses to drive traffic.

Step 3: Choose Your Template • •

Once you decide which template to use, click “Select ” On the next screen: – If you want to print your pieces from the site, choose the option: PRINT HERE and identify print quantity (costs are estimated), and the final product will be shipped to your location via UPS •

Keep in mind that you will be charged shipping in addition to the cost of printing. The shipping and the printing costs can be submitted for reimbursement through your Ad Fund as marketing activity.

– If you want to download and print locally with a vendor of your choice, choose the option: DOWNLOAD ONLY – Note: some pieces don’t have the option to print through the site, for example: ads, Valpaks or FSIs. You print these with your local media (newspaper, magazine, etc.).

Step 4: Build Your Template 1.

Templates have drop down menus to select body copy, as well as photos with corresponding headlines. –

Enter in your addresses. You can click the Location link to access a pop-up window with your salon address information that has been pre-loaded. Select the location from the list to have that data automatically populate the address fields. –

When you write your address, phone number, etc. make sure you preview how it looks in the space and ensure it is clear and easy to read.

Enter additional info needed in the Offer/Deal and Service or Product you are Discounting sections. –

Tip: info in here should be short and simple, for example, if it’s a special event or opening, include the dates ( i .e. June 14-17, 2013)

Step 4: Build Your Template 4.

When you have the fields filled out click the Refresh Preview button to update the artwork. In the upper right corner, there is a link to view a PDF. This is a low-resolution file with a watermark on it. Do not use this for printing.

When you are satisfied, click the next button in the lower left corner.

Step 5: Proof Your Template •

Carefully review your artwork, and click on the approval button to proceed to the Shopping Cart. •



You are responsible for the artwork created. Nobody else will be reviewing the artwork for spelling errors or other incorrect information. By checking the box, you confirm that all artwork looks as you intended.

If you do not wish to place the order at this time you can name the order, and save it for later.

Step 6: Check Out •

Enter your delivery details and save your shipping address by clicking the “Click here to add a new address” link, and filling in the details.



You can deselect, view, and delete orders here as well.



If you wish to continue building other templates, click the New Templates link at the top of the page or the continue shopping button in the lower left.



When you are done placing template orders, click checkout (lower left of page).



To checkout, review the order and charges and click submit order to complete your transaction. • Double check your print quantity and enter in your shipping address if you want to have the site print and ship to you (Printing and Shipping Costs are detailed here)



If you selected “Download Only,” at this point you can save your files as a hi-resolution (print-quality) PDF to a flash drive or save it onto your desktop.



You can bring the flash drive to your local printer (even if you’re not requesting pieces shipped to your address, you will still need to enter in your address here so proper billing can occur) or you can email the PDF from your desktop to your local printer.



A confirmation email will be sent to your log in email.
