Health and Fitness ZUMBA / PILATES / YOGA BY ST★RZ UNLIMITED WEEKLY CLASSES

ZUMBA TONING

The definition of insanity, according to Albert Einstein, is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. If you are just looking to maintain your current fitness level, you can’t do it with the same old routine. Your body becomes efficient at your chosen exercise routine when it is repeated over and over. Your muscle memory decreases the amount of effort necessary and expanded, thus decreasing your calorie burn.

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar! Using lightweight, maraca-like toning sticks, you can tone all the target zones while moving to the beat of Latin and International infused music. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a blast! 4134SP Fri CERC Gym 9:00-10:00 am 8 classes
