Building Regulations Compliant Products Part G Legislation (which comes into force Spring 2010) states: ‘The hot water supply temperature to a bath should be limited to a maximum of 48°C by use of an in line blending valve or other appropriate temperature control device, with a maximum temperature stop and a suitable arrangement of pipework'.

THIS MEANS ALL NEW BATHS MUST BE THERMOSTATICALLY PROTECTED. In order to comply with this new building legislation, Intatec, the anti scald specialists, have a range of solutions which comply with BS EN1111 and BS EN1287 for under and over the bath. Each thermostatic shower, bath mixer or bath/shower mixer supplied by Inta which bears the TMV2 or TMV3 logo is designed to protect people using the bathroom and comply with the new legislation. Make sure that when you fit a bath or change your taps that you protect those you care about by fitting an Inta anti scald bath mixer or bath/shower mixer.

SAFETY, QUALITY AND STYLE INSPIRING CONFIDENCE Intatec offers a range of superbly designed products which has been designed and developed to bring style and more importantly safety to both bath and shower room. The introduction of legislation relating to the compulsory fitting of anti scald thermostatically controlled products will mean the TMV2 and TMV3 approved Intatec range will be essential for installation in domestic, care, hospital, health, leisure and institutional applications. Our shower and bath/shower mixers are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase* when fitted in accordance with installation instructions and best working practice (including local water bylaws). Intatec Limited has been assessed by SGS Yarsley and has been granted approval under the terms of the scheme for Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001: 2000. *Replacement products or replacement parts are available in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault occurring. Liability does not cover consequential loss or damage.

IMPORTANT NOTES • A standard rehandling charge of 20% of nett value of product authorised for good stock returns. • Goods returned to Intatec Limited without authorisation or correct paperwork, may not be accepted for processing. • Warranty claims are subject to proof that the product has been correctly installed, in accordance with the installation instructions and good working practice. • Warranty claims exceeding £50.00 can only be authorised by the Intatec customer care department. • Warranty cards, part of which should be returned to Intatec Limited, are enclosed with all shower and bath/shower mixers. • As part of our quality procedure, we validate a warranty claim by product test procedures. • Shortages on delivery must be advised within 7 days of receipt of goods. • Returned goods must be suitably packaged otherwise credit may be refused. • Intatec reserves the right to substitute or change any product without notice.
