Summary of Benefits This brochure is a brief summary of current benefits. It contains information about who is eligible, when benefits are effective and the amount of the organization’s contribution. These benefits represent a significant portion of the overall compensation plan extended to employees. For assistance in understanding this brochure, refer to the following definitions of employment (your employment status will be explained during your interview): Exempt

Employees paid on an annual salaried basis.

Non-Exempt Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions set forth in the Personnel Policy. Non-exempt employees are paid on an hourly basis. Regular full-time Employees scheduled to work a minimum of 32 hours per week or 64 hours per pay period. Regular part-time Employees scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per pay period.
