PELLA DOOR ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Measure to determine the door opening size, then select the door model desired. (See measuring instructions in the Pella storm door brochure.) 2. Refer to the “Fits Door Opening Sizes” table for the model selected. 3. Using the width and height ranges listed, determine first if the opening size falls within the range of any standard size. Both the width and height must fit within the range.

4. If the opening size doesn't fit a standard size, check the range of sizes available in the Custom or Custom XL (extra large) doors. If both width and height cannot be matched with any size listed, that model cannot be manufactured to fi that opening size. (Refer to one of the other models with custom size availability for a possible match.) 5. A custom door order may not be modified or canceled once it has been placed.

WHEN ORDERING A CUSTOM DOOR, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: • Model number • Color • Hardware Finish • Exact opening size (not door size) • Hinge side -- as viewed from the outside of the house
