VINYL AND DURATEMP
TOWNSHIPS & PERMITS Elite Outdoor Structures, does not require township approvals. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with their township and obtain any required permits.
Our buildings are constructed with either vinyl siding over plywood or Duratemp siding. Duratemp is a genuine plywood siding. Unlike ordinary plywood, Duratemp has a tough, natural‐looking surface of oil‐tempered hard wood which won’t split, check, or crack like veneer products. Duratemp’s face is always 100% clear and free of patches and repairs. It’s tough enough to resist dings, dents and damage, resists weather and temperature, and keeps its paint up to twice as long as regular siding.
REMINDER All structures will be delivered to your prepared, leveled site, FREE, within a 30 mile radius. However, if the site is INACCESSI‐ BLE to our truck or we must return the shipment, addi onal costs will be charged. Deliveries over a 30 mile radius will be charged $3.25 per loaded mile. Prices include ¾” 2B clean stone to accommodate ground up to 8” out of level.
Prices include mileage within a 30‐mile radius. Beyond 30 miles, the delivery charge is $3.25 per mile one‐way.
Prices do not include any excava on or digging of the site. But is available at an addi onal cost.
The prices below apply to sites clear of any Large weeds, Brush, protruding large stumps, rocks ect.
Addi onally, prices are available on request for Pressure Treated 4x4 and 6x6 Perimeters, Concrete Pads, Concrete Foo ngs, Anchor Kits, and More. Your site work needs are never a problem: Even the most difficult site can be expertly prepared.
