Stay connected to your short sale transactions Chase uses Equator’s short sale platform to help us stay connected with agents during short sale transactions. Simply register at agents.Equator.com. Contact your Chase short sale representative, once you sign up, if you have questions about the process. Every time you log on to Equator, you’ll be taken to this welcome page. • The Functions Taskbar is at the top of the page. •

The Alerts Taskbar is just below the Functions Taskbar.

Functions Taskbar Overview View all offer and task alerts, messages and announcements, as well as system updates and your visibility Workflow View all offers and tasks for assigned properties that need your response or completion Properties Manage property functions, such as initiating short sales and searching for properties. The majority of your time will be spent on the Properties Tab Messages View and search for the messages connected to your properties My Account View and update your Equator profile, display and coverage areas How-to Tip

1. Properties: Toolbox The toolbox appears after you’ve selected a specific account or property to view.
