BUTT WELDING MACHINES We offer butt welding machines for the welding of PE, PP, PVDF and other thermoplastic polymer piping and fittings from d 20 to 1200 mm. Depending on the individual machine manufacturer there are different building types for which we have a wide product range available. This enables us to provide you with the best possible benefit. For example some of the machines can be reduced down to 3 clamping jaws for an easy handling during plant engineering and welding in a vertical position. Some makes allow for enhancing the welding zone by adjusting the base clamping jaw for example when welding special fittings. As a standard all machines listed in our product range are equipped with four base clamping jaws and reducer units. In addition smaller clamp inserts are on supply for the welding of shorter fittings. For the purpose of easy handling on the work site all the machines are equipped with a central plug for user-friendly operation. As an option we can supply fixtures for short welding collars or special flanges. Recording equipment can also be delivered as an additional unit.

STAR POWERSCRAPER automatical scraping machine d 355 mm - d 1400 mm
The STAR POWERSCRAPER 175 is not just a tool. It is a specifically created machine for scraping large diameter PE-HD pipes according to the requirements for electrofusion fittings and helps you to save time and effort on the job-site. It is clamped onto the pipe wall and moves automatically around the pipe‘s circum-ference. Pipe ovality does not affect the depth of cut. It is further equipped with a connection for industrial vacuum cleaners. The flexible construction enables a scraping length of up to 350 mm which is ideal for STAR and other electrofusion fittings d 355 mm – d 1400 mm.

UNIVERSAL ELECTROFUSION UNITS The following electric welders allow for the welding of customary PE and PP electric fittings. Both devices enable the recording of welding data including place, project, welder, traceability data etc. The records can be read out and made digitally available by the building company itself or by us via a USB interface. POWERFUSE is the flagship amongst all electrofusion tools. It is aligned to the STAR product range up to d 1400 mm and provides highest performance at any time for the energy requirements of large electrofusion couplers.
