Randy Stevens, P.E. Chief Executive Officer Previously with Stanolind Oil and Gas Corp. and prior to, with Permian Resources Holdings, Inc., Mr. Stevens is an independent operator primarily focused on the Permian Basin. Mr. Stevens has 31 years experience across all facets of the oil and gas business, including reservoir and production engineering, drilling, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial lending, and has been an independent producer since 1994. Mr. Stevens graduated Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering fro the University of Texas (1979), and with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas (1984).

Don Davis President and Chief Operating Officer Previously with Southland Royalty Company, Mr. Davis has 31 years experience in land, legal and acquisitions and divestitures since 2000. Prior to Southland, Mr. Davis worked with Meridian Oil, Burlington Resources and Conoco Phillips, negotiation and closing over $1.0 Bln in transactions. Mr. Davis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Christian University (1979).

Bill Priebe, P.E. Executive Vice President Operations With 35 years of operational expertise across all phases of petroleum engineering, Mr. Priebe provides a specific focus in drilling & operations and operations management. Over his career, Mr. Priebe has worked at Exxon, Coquina, ENSTAR, Union Texas, American Exploration and RK Petroleum. Mr. Priebe graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University (1976).

Shelly Chapple, CPA, CFE, CFFA Vice President - Controller Previously in public accounting with KPMG LLP and Weaver LLP, Mrs. Chapple has 18 years experience in oil and gas accounting, oil and gas auditing, contract evaluation and transaction due diligence. Mrs. Chapple has also served as an accounting expert witness in oil and gas contract disputes. Mrs. Chapple directs Stanolind’s accounting department and is controller of all Stanolind entities. Mrs. Chapple graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Angelo State University(1995).

Erin E. Van Evera-Welch Vice President Exploration/ Exploitation With 11 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development throughout the Permian Basin, Anadarko Basin and Gulf of Mexico, Ms. Van Evera-Welch now has overall responsibilities for Stanolind’s geologic interpretations and studies leading to new areas of expansion for potential company development. Throughout her career, Ms. Van Evera-Welch has worked at Unocal, Burlington Resources, Samson, Apache and McClure Oil Company. Ms. Van Evera-Welch graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Albany SUNY (2000), with a Master of Science in Geology from Oklahoma State University (2002) and with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin (2013).

Jason Lautenschleger, P.E. Reservoir Engineering Manager Mr. Lauteschleger has eight years of oil and gas exploration and production experience largely focusing on reservoir and drilling engineering. Mr. Lautenschleger graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering in 2009 from Colorado School of Mines. Previously with Cimarex Energy and a private equity backed firm, Mr. Lautenschleger is now responsible for Stanolind’s reservoir engineering including acquisitions and divestitures.

Luke H. Shaw, RPL Land Manager Prior to becoming the Land Manager of Stanolind Oil and Gas LLC, Mr. Shaw was an independent landman forming Breck Energy LLC while working in the Barnet Shale and Permian Basin. Mr. Shaw has his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Mr. Shaw is a Registered Petroleum Landman and is an active member of the Permian Basin Landmen’s Association and Independent Petroleum Association of America. Mr. Shaw’s eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry and education allow him to serve and manage Stanolind’s Land Department.

1870 – John D. Rockefeller forms Stanolind Oil, an American oil production, transportation, refining and marketing company.

1889 – Rockefeller forms the Standard Oil Trust, of which Standard Oil of Indiana is a participating company.

1911 – The United States Supreme Court dissolves the Standard Oil Trust and the Standard Oil Company of Indiana begins operating, marketing and refining activities throughout the Midwestern United States

1931 – Standard Oil Company of Indiana creates an exploration and production business called Stanolind. Stanolind actively explores the Permian Basin throughout the first half of the twentieth century
