Additional Notes The hotel does not include services for audio, illumination nor flower decoration. Having the goal of hosting a proper event with the Krystal brand standards, it is necessary for the client to consider: 

Floral decoration: Table centerpieces are required for any kind of event, holding a banquet set up. Outside vendor Price to be define.

Audiovisual equipment: Wedding ceremonies require audio equipment, also as the cocktail and/or banquet events set up, with additional illumination. Outside vendor price to be defined.

The entrance of event vendor’s signed up by our clients, is not to be charged by the hotel. The only hotel exclusive vendor for Photo & Video services has a $295.00 USD + 16% taxes fee and has to be paid in case the client contracts outside vendor Photo and/or video services. 

Photography & Video: In house vendor Lorena Meléndez [email protected]. The entrance of the outside vendor will not be permitted in case the fee is not fully paid by the event clients, with no responsibilities attached to the hotel.

Once the contract is signed, the client will have 5 labor days to proceed with the down payment process in order to fully block the stipulated date and locations for the event in contract reference. Also, this payment will allow the event guests to have access to the special promotion room rates, in anticipation to their reservations: 

Deposits and payments: The down payment requires the 20% of the total amount contracted for the event. After this payment, the client has the liberty to make the next payments at her/his convenience, leaving the event fully covered no longer than three days before the event date.

Reservation and cancelation policy 

Stay policies:

The European plan Wedding package does not require a minimum stay. The hotel is not compromised to block any room group for the event, if the client does not indicate so. 

Guests guarantee: -



Reservations: -



The increased of the Wedding guest guarantee must be in writing. The guest guarantee can increase the 10% one week before the Wedding; the client must have paid this increase 3 days before the Wedding. In case the event is not fully paid 3 days before the date, the hotel will not be responsible for the missing dinner places nor the missing set up space. The decrease guest guarantee is not permitted once the contract is fully signed and the down payment is already made. The hotel is obligated to consider a 10% food and beverage last moment increase, in case it is used, this extra 10% must be fully paid at the moment the increased is confirmed.

The hotel has the obligation of reserving only the courtesy European plan room for the couple’s wedding night, according to the selected wedding package.

Cancelations: -

The client has a 5 labor days due date after signing the contract, to make the event cancelation without any responsibility on her/his part, in which case the hotel will obligated to reimburse all paid amounts. If the cancelation is required after this 5 labor days, the hotel will indemnify all probable expenses for even a 20% of the total Price that could be made for the service of the event execution order.
