A.C.T. F.A.S.T. WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR

Personal tragedy in the form of a sexual assault of a former girlfriend led extreme fighting champion Mark Streator to an in-depth study of women’s self-defense programs. Finding many of them inadequate, and even leading to a false sense of security, he created the A.C.T. fast seminar. Taught in a single session format, rather than a 6 or 8 week program, because life happens, but missing a session could mean missing critically important information. There is a strong emphasis on how to incapacitate if confronted by a bigger, stronger, violent predator. Lean to THINK FAST… Learn to ACT FAST… Learn to Survive! (EG)

DON’T RUIN A GREAT PROGRAM

Nothing ruins a great program more than waiting until the last minute to register for a program or class. Decisions about classes are made 3 business days before the class - don’t wait until the day a program starts to sign-up - it may be too late! WINTER/SPRING 2017 | www.clarendonhillsparkdistrict.org
