PRE-FACIAL PROTOCOL

SET UP AND CONSULTATION

 

The StriVectin Station should be fully stocked with all necessary materials listed below, clean and prepared before and after each client. Less is more. Keep visuals on the demo table to a minimum to avoid clutter and do not ever display collateral that is off focus or out of date.

Products and Tools for Every Facial Treatment  Cleansing, Exfoliating, and Targeted Products: 1. NIA24® Gentle Cleansing Cream or generic facial cleansing wipes 2. 5-Minute Weekly Glycolic Peel or Instant Retexturizing Scrub 3. Anti-Wrinkle Hydra Gel Treatment 4. Brighten & Perfect Instant Revitalizing Mask 5. Volumizing Hand Treatment 6. Face towels 7. Hot water urn  Facial Toner Device and ample supply of GelPads Disposables and Counter Equipment  Hand sanitizer  Gloves for product application, if desired or available  Disposable headbands (TO BE DETERMINED)  Hand mirror  Tissues  Cotton rounds and/or towel  Cotton swabs or spatulas

THE CONSULTATION Ask your client key questions about their current skincare regimen and what results they want to see and feel on their skin to determine the best products for them. 1. 2.

What is your biggest skincare concern? • Wrinkles and lines • Skin slackening/loss of firmness • Multiple signs of aging (wrinkles, slackening, uneven skin tone and texture, loss of luminosity) • Discoloration, dull and uneven skin tone, and dark spots 3. What eye concerns would you like to address? 4. How do you want your skin to look and feel? 5. What products do you currently use? 

Discuss key benefits of the recommended regimen.

Facial Treatment – Part 1 Specific Care Give clients an option of the targeted pre-treatment service they would prefer. Option 1 targets refining the brightening the complexion. Option 2 targets firming skin and minimizing more prominent signs of aging.

Pre-Treatment Option 1 – 12 Minutes       

Give the client a disposable headband to put on herself. (TO BE DETERMINED) Remove client’s makeup with cleanser or towelettes Apply 5-Minute Weekly Glycolic Peel Step 1 and leave on for 1 minute. Apply 5-Minute Weekly Glycolic Peel Step 2; rinse after 4-5 minutes Apply Brighten & Perfect Instant Revitalizing Mask.  Leave Mask on for 5 Minutes Massage client’s hands with Volumizing Hand Treatment during the treatment to maintain contact with the client. Remove mask.

Pre-Treatment Option 2 – 12 Minutes      

Give the client a disposable headband to put on herself. (TO BE DETERMINED) Remove client’s makeup with cleanser or towelettes Introduce the StriVectinLABS Facial Toner Device and explain the technology. Direct the client how to properly place the and start the device, selecting the desired intensity level.  Select the 10 minute program and leave on until complete Apply Anti-Wrinkle Hydra Gel Precision Patches under the client’s eyes while she is wearing the device.  Leave on for 10 Minutes. Remove device and gel pads.

POST TREATMENT - Close the Sale After you’ve completed the facial treatment, review the products you applied and how they tie back to the client’s stated concerns. ALWAYS start with the essential products first: Facial Toner Device if applicable, Serum, Eye Care, Moisturizer, TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream. Then explain how the other products will enhance the benefits and amplify the results of the recommended regimen.

Making Your Recommendation Listen to what your client identified as her major eye concerns during the consultation. Determine the product that will address her needs the best and apply as part of her treatment.
