WHAT IS EUROLEAGUE BASKETBALL Euroleague Basketball is the professional basketball league in Europe. The Euroleague Basketball organization was created in 2000, inspired in the major American leagues, for the purposes of managing the pan-European basketball competition known as Euroleague Basketball and its second league, the ULEB-cup. Euroleague Basketball is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Union Leagues of European Basketball (ULEB), which comprises of 16 professional basketball leagues in the whole of Europe and the best 24 teams in Europe playing each other in 220 games per season. At present, Euroleague Basketball has have achieved long-lasting business development agreements with the NBA and CBA. Euroleague Basketball headquarters are located in Barcelona, Spain.
