Your membership level pre-determines the Booth Options you can choose from below. Option 1 is a full Exhibit Booth; Option 2 does not include an Exhibit Booth, but instead applies the booth fee to a pre-selected event sponsorship, and a number of attendees will have their off-site event paid.

SPECIAL REQUESTS / KITCHEN NEEDS Arrangements for kitchen or culinary staff assistance with food preparation are based on availability and must be made by 5 pm, Wednesday, September 14. The hotel accommodations group rate deadline is Friday, September 16. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Rental Car Discount

Airport Shuttle Discount

IHFA has secured a discount agreement with Super Shuttle for travel to the Fall Convention. Discounted group rates to/from DFW are $14 each way and $12 each way to/from Dallas Love Field. See the IHFA website for details.

The Coyote Ridge Golf Club was created with the golfer who plays the game for enjoyment and adventure in mind. It’s difficult to find another golf course in the North Texas area that offers two very distinct layouts within one golf course. Coyote Ridge is Wild Enough to Intrigue You, and Tame Enough to Bring You Back...guaranteed. The front nine plays like seaside links - open, rolling, and breezy. Picturesque greens, wellframed with water, sand and native grass bunkers challenge the golfer on every hole....good luck at #7. The back nine, a tighter, totally different experience, twists and tumbles along an old Trinity River gravel quarry - now lavishly landscaped with natural grasses, blooming seasonal flowers and hundreds of oaks, pecans, and elms. You’ll quickly realize that Coyote Ridge golf is a new breed of golf.

You’ll score big with an all exclusive tour at the home of the Dallas Cowboys. You will be able to get behind-the-scenes access to several areas including Cowboys Locker Room, Cheerleaders Locker Room, Playing Field, Private Club, Player Interview Room and other access. Then experience a historic western adventure in the Stockyards National Historic District. The Stockyards Station is the largest train station in the Southwest with more than 85,000 square feet of shopping, dining and culture.

Registration includes drink tickets, a boxed lunch at the golf course, greens fee, cart fee, and range balls. Rental clubs are available for an additional charge. Bush, while also promoting a better understanding of the Presidency, American history, and important issues of public policy. Then a Tour Guide will have the group visit Dealey Plaza (where the JFK assassination happened) and help everyone to understand the facts and theories surrounding the grassy knoll, the “picket fence”, and the sniper’s window.
