YOU ARE HEREBY notified that your Unit Price Bid has been accepted by the City ofPontiac in the arnount on 316,180.00. YOU ARE REQUIRED, by the Instruetions to Bidders, to execute a eontraet and furnish sureties for the faithful performance of such contraet, for the payment of all materials used therein and for all labor expended thereon, a Maintenanee Bond, and Certificate of Insuranee within seven (7) days from the date ofthis Notice.
