Terms and Conditions Our agreement prohibits transshipment of any Mikaella gown to other retailers or distributors. Transshipment will result in the immediate termination of your account and cancellation of all open orders. Our agreement prohibits selling any Mikaella gown over the Internet. Selling over the Internet will result in the immediate termination of your account and cancellation of all open orders. Our Minimum Suggested Retail Markup is set at 2.2. The minimum pricing standard is the lowest price at which our products should be sold. This level must be maintained at all times. Exceptions include discontinued styles and shop worn samples, which should be limited to your local trading area. Finance Charge at the rate of 2.5% per month, or the maximum legal rate on all past due balances. No returns or claims allowed without authorization. No returns or claims accepted after 5 days of receipt of shipment. All orders are subject to credit approval and acceptance of the management. Delivery - Please allow 12 – 16 weeks for standard orders. - Rush charges apply to 6 weeks or less delivery $100 for dresses and $25 for veils. Special Orders - When inquiring about a delivery of a gown, please fax or email us the store name, account #, PO#, style# and the delivery date provided. - Please send ALL special orders by fax or email so that a Customer Service Representative may confirm the order and provide an approximate ship date.
