POPPA (Pet Over Population Prevention Advocates) Phone: 503-537-4352 Web: www.poppainc.org (online application) Provides spay/neuter assistance to those living in areas of Oregon not served by other programs, primarily Linn, Benton and Yamhill Counties. POPPA, Inc. can assist with spaying and neutering cats—owned and feral, dogs and other small animals. Minimal fee, but no cat will be turned away.

PUFA (People United for Animals) Phone: 360-887-0670 Funds spay/neuter at vet clinics for cats and dogs around Clark County for people with demonstrated need. No surgery fee, but requested donation. Clients are required to get a rabies vaccination for $5 with the surgery. Serves Clark, Cowlitz, and Clackamas Counties and parts of North Portland.

PAW (PORTLAND ANIMAL WELFARE) TEAM Phone: 971-333-0729 Web: www.pawteam.org 2700 NW Front Ave Building J, Portland, OR 97210 Provides preventative health and basic veterinary care to the pets of people who are homeless or very low income ONLY. Co-pay of $5 per pet. Clinics are held the first Sunday of every month except holiday weekends. Hours: doors open to clients at 8:00 am, with the last ticket handed out at 10 am. Clients must be in line before 10 am to be seen! Pets will be seen between 10 am -2 pm.
