With several satisfied clients and organizations relying on our commitment to fast efficient service, we are always ready to take up projects which other companies cannot due to our intelligent use of logistics, markets and our strong ties to suppliers. Our two principal divisions are:

COMMODITY TRADING DIVISION Spartan Group has access to major commodities from the highest quality suppliers at unbeatably low prices that are competitive in any market worldwide. Our ability to deliver cheaper, faster and more efficiently had made Spartan the first choice for major industries, gover nments and even other traders as they recognize the major savings in the commodities and in their transportation costs.

Spartan Group Limited is a diverse company with two main divisions

COMMODITY TRADING ENVIRONMENTAL AND RENEWABLE ENERGY

ENVIRONMENTAL AND RENEWABLE ENERGY DIVISION In 2008 Spartan Group invested very heavily in the application and development of renewable energy and environmental solutions. Spartan can now supply waste recycling facilities which convert waste into fuel and fertilizer, with a zero carbon footprint. The technology has been developed by scientists in the United Kingdom in partnership with Spartan Group and has the approval of the European environmental committee on biofuels. We are currently developing a project for Pune State in India to take over their waste management system and provide cheap and plentiful biofuels for transportation, heating and lighting. This technology can be coupled with turbine generators for the renewable production of electricity very economically in an environmentally friendly way.

COMMODITY TRADING DIVISION. DIVISION MAIZE Spartan Group has access to maize originating from several sources. Our ability to supply this highly sought after commodity at low prices even when there is a shortage has made us the “go to” company for millers, grain handlers and gover nments and organizations like the WFP and the Red Cross. Our power to hold prices for months has allowed companies to plan long ter m strategies enabling them to boost their profits and allowed aid agencies to plan and meet their targets. Our work with major producers worldwide and strong ties with maize conglomerates means that we can offer what no other companies can, indeed even after shopping around, the final choice is always Spartan.

On a side note, with several road and development projects supplied, our quality has never been questioned and we have experienced no recalls in product. This is also because we supply with high quality packaging, our product never spoils due moisture.
