How to Spa Appointments and Reservations As Spa Aquazul is a destination spa, we suggest you reserve spa and salon appointments prior to your arrival at Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a Credit Card. We recommend arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of your treatment time.

Cancellation Policy Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. All no-show appointments will be charged in full. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

Spa Boutique To further enhance your treatments at home, all spa product used in the treatments are available in our spa boutique. We also have our luxurious treatment linens and spa robes available.

What do I need to bring? We will provide you with a spa robe, sandals, and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. Please leave cell phones in locker on silent during your time with us.

Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment? Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if preferred. Our therapists are trained to properly drape any part of the body not being treated.

Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition, allergy or disability? Yes. Please inform us when you make a reservation if you are pregnant, have allergies, or any other conditions we should be aware of.

Is gratuity included in the price of the treatment? For your convenience a 20% gratuity will be added to your service upon arrival. However you may adjust this as you wish.

Are gift cards available? Gift cards may be purchased by the treatment or dollar amount for services or products.

What are the minimum age requirements? The minimum age requirement for access to the spa and fitness facilities is 16. A parent liability waiver is required for anyone under the age of 18 years receiving a treatment.
