SPA ETIQUETTE We hope that you will take a look at this spa etiquette beforehand.

It’s best if you arrive in good time before your booked treatment. This ensures that your treatment starts and finishes on time and that you are able to enjoy all our services to the full for a calming and relaxing treatment experience. If you have allergies or are pregnant or have a health condition that we need to know about, please tell us when booking. We are not responsible for possible allergic reactions caused by the products used in treatments. On arrival, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone for the duration of your stay, out of consideration for other guests. We try to create a calm environment and request that guests avoid loud conversation in the communal areas and during the treatment itself. On arrival, please check the times of your pre-booked treatments at the spa and beauty treatment reservation desk located on the ground floor of the spa. Staff will then show you the way to the treatment waiting area. At the same time, you can ask about any other treatments available on the day. Our expert staff will be happy to help with any questions. If you are staying at the spa hotel, we recommend changing into the bathrobe provided in your room before arriving for your treatment. Bath slippers are also available for a small fee. Jewellery and other personal belongings should be left in your room. Our day spa guests are welcome to change in the treatment area. Bathrobes are also available to hire from our sauna staff on the ground floor of the spa. Guests arriving for treatments can also use our sauna and bath paradise services at a reduced rate. We recommend booking your treatments in good time before your holiday. Note that cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your treatment time. The treatment starts with a gentle body massage, followed by a body peel using apricot kernels, honey and aloe vera. After the peel, luxuriate in an avocado, honey and aloe vera bath. The treatment is concluded with a body rub scented with coconut, avocado oil and honey. Relax after the treat ment with a refreshing cup of tea. • Galvagni Spa Aromatic Gemstone Treatment 83 92 The luxurious body treatment begins with a rose-scented body peel that revitalises and cleanses the skin. Finely ground rubies have been mixed into the peeling cream. After the peel, you can relax in a rose-scented bath. The treatment begins with a body peel containing white wine, apricot kernels, honey and aloe vera, followed by an antioxidant red wine bath. After the treatment, we offer a glass of white wine. • Galvagni Spa Chocolate / Coffee Treatment 79 87 To the Mayan Indians, cocoa was the drink of the gods. Cocoa was popular because of the stimulating effect of the serotonin (or ‘happiness hormone’) it produces. The treatment starts with a body peel. The peeling cream is an exotic blend of aloe vera, avocado oil and finely crushed Arabica coffee beans from Central America. The peel is followed by a vanilla-scented bath. The treatment concludes with a chocolate-scented moisturising body rub that leaves your skin velvety smooth. After the treatment, we offer a cup of hot chocolate.

ZFill - effective tool to extend youthful appearance For the skin to be able to create elasticity and resilience, it must be given moisture. The hyaluronic acid which occurs naturally in the skin is a key component of the connective tissue and supplies the skin with moisture and nutrients. When the hyaluronic acid content is lessened during the natural aging process, the skin can no longer lock in sufficient moisture, loses its elasticity and volume, and forms wrinkles. The ZFill product line is suitable for general skin refreshing as well as for the treatment of very deep wrinkles, volume enhancement, and lip augmentation: • Regeneration and replenishment of the hyaluronic acid content of the skin • Increased skin elasticity • Fine, medium and deep wrinkles • Lip augmentation

The results are visible immediately after the treatment and will improve further over subsequent weeks due to the stimulation of new collagen formation.
