The plan is to develop one of the finest retail and leisure destinations at the heart of the city centre. The shopping centre will answer to the demand and challenges of changing shopping patterns by offering flexible and modern retail spaces for innovative and new store concepts. A central location The central location along the Ring Rail Line expands the limits and increases the purchasing power of the capital region. The area of influence already provides for over one million consumers. Fast transportation connections and the growing population in the surrounding areas is estimated to bring around 7 million customers to the shopping centre yearly. The landmark Colosseum The beat of the urban life is characterised in the icon building of Kivistö.
