This modern facility, is part of Specflue’s passion to set and lead the way in producing the next generation of solid fuel and renewable heating installers and specialists. All of our renewable courses offer a combination of both theory and practical training. Specflue have invested heavily into this purpose built facility, with a passion to ensure renewable installers receive the highest standard of training, facilities and delivery. We also continuously change the appliances in this centre to ensure that delegates always work with the most up to date technology.

Facilities Include: • Three practical areas complete with a range of appliances (most of which are live) including stoves, cookers, open fires, pellet stoves, biomass boilers, heat pumps, thermal stores, solar systems, under floor heating and fully integrated building management systems for practical training • A roof area showcasing a selection of flues, terminals, fans, weatherings and solar panels, allowing delegates to see full installations from bottom to top in a safe controlled environment • Two assessment areas with rigs allowing for practical fault finding exercises on real appliances • Three classrooms with wi-fi access and projection screens for theory learning • New product test area for internal product testing & training prior to release
