Employer becomes a PaYS member Active, Guard, and Reserve Soldiers and ROTC Cadets elect to enter the PaYS program Given a list of employers who are in the PaYS program Soldier selects employer and employer provides a mentor During term of service (2-6 years) Soldier and mentor correspond using PIXs system* When service obligation is complete employer guarantees former Soldier (Veteran) an interview*

There are currently 441 PaYS partners To learn more about the program and eligibility considerations visit: https://www.armypays.com

*Reserve and National Guard Soldiers/ROTC Cadets are eligible for interview once they have completed their initial training.
