O Our new I/O Shielding (IOS™) gaskets enhance the performance of EMI shielding for D-Sub Connectors. Sized to fit standard D-Subminiature connectors, IOS gaskets provide multiple contact points to maintain con ductivity, and compensate for tolerance stackup. Pressuresensitive adhesive (PSA) tape is available, but not usually required for installation. With no tooling costs, easy installation, and off-the-shelf availability, these gaskets are a simple and efficient solution to I/O shielding.

SHIELDING GASKETS
O Copper beryllium owes its wide range of application to the unique performance qualities it has: - extraordinary elasticity - strength - fatigue strength - high conductivity - resistance against environmental influences such as ozone, epipolar rays and light, also against solvents and corrosion. O Furthermore, copper beryllium can be used under a wide temperature range and is not burnable or flammable. It does not evolve gas either. If handled correctly, it acts self purificating, for example when it is employed as a door shield for opening and closing.
