A typical day • 07.30 Wake up call • 08.30 Breakfast and briefing for all • 09.00 Early skiing/boarding for those interested/able • 10.00-12.00 Ski school • Supervised lunch on the slopes • 14.00–16.00 Ski school • Activities/free-time/snacks/shower • 19.00 Dinner • Evening activities • 22.00 In rooms • 22.30 Lights out

In line with NCBIS school policy regarding behaviour. Same expectations of manners, courtesy and cooperation Remember – we are representing the school and Egypt Zero tolerance of alcohol and smoking as per school rules Poor/unacceptable behaviour will be met with appropriate sanctions (e.g. grounded for a ski session / day)

Travel and transport Outbound journey (Saturday 27th February) • 0630 - Meet at Terminal 3 (Egypt Air) Cairo Int. Airport, inside departure hall • 0730 - Check-in • 0935 - Flight MS703 (Egypt Air) departs • 1235 - Arrive Milan, transfer by coach to Andalo • 1600 (approx) – Arrive in resort

0930 (approx) – Depart Andalo 1200 – Check-in Milan airport 1335 – Flight MS704 (Egypt Air) departs * 1815 – Arrive in Cairo and clear immigration 1845 - Parents to meet children at arrivals hall Terminal 3. Pupils must inform their group leader, before leaving the airport.

Ski clothing • Ski jacket and trousers (rental, please place money in envelope) • Ski socks – long, thinner, thermal design preferable • Thermal underwear: long & short-sleeved tops and long johns or tights • Ski goggles and sunglasses • Sweatshirts/fleeces as mid-layer, again preferably modern fleece-type fabric • Waterproof ski gloves • Backpack for the day (optional) • Ask if you need any advice!

Money Included • All flights and transfers • Accommodation and food on halfboard basis • Lift pass • Ski tuition • Ski/board, boot and helmet rental • Insurance (health and lost baggage)

Not included • Transport to and from Cairo International Airport • Provision of ski clothing • Lunch • Extra drinks and snacks, e.g. in evening at chalet • Pocket money for souvenirs • Approx. 100-150 Euros • Lunch approx 10-15 Euros NB Pocket money should be in Euros and may be left with staff for safe-keeping
