Requirements ● It is very important when setting up your SoftPlayer that the date and time are accurate prior to installation. Check the date/time on your device (lower right hand corner of your task bar) and check the time, right click and update as necessary
First Time Setup 1.) Power on Windows player a.) Confirm that the time and date in the lower right hand corner are accurate 2.) Right click on the Start Bar and start Task Manager a.) Go to Services tab b.) Click on Services c.) Scroll to bottom and click on World Wide Web Publisher i.) Click Stop on Service status ii.) Change startup type to Disabled iii.) Hit OK (ensure that the Startup type has changed to disabled within Services Tab) 3.) Open internet browser 4.) Type in URL: go.industryweapon.com/smartplayer a.) Hit Save and the player will begin to download b.) Once the player downloads, click Run 5.) The installer will then auto start, click next and Install the player 6.) Once the player installs, you will need to restart your windows device 7.) Upon restart, the Launch IW PC Player will auto start and run. Once the player is launched a pin number will show on the screen to authorize your device. Proceed to Adding Your Smart Player in CCHD.

Adding Your Smart Player into CCHD 1. Add the device into your CommandCenterHD account. Hover over Dashboard and click Devices. 2. From the Device Manager screen, click Authorize Smart Device.
3. Enter the authorization code from your player display and a window will pop up prompting you to fill out required information. Fill out all of the required information outlined on the next page in the Device Details, Network Details, Location, and Playback sections.
(A) Device Details 1. Enter a Player Name. (note the Player model will be automatically recognized) 3. Change the status to Active.

(B) Network Details 1. Select the Connect Mode, in most cases this will be MediaBridge. The CCHD option is for CommandCenterHD Mode use only. 2. Select the MediaBridge Zone. Required when in MediaBridge Connect Mode. www.industryweapon.com

1. In the Location field, enter the zip code of where the player will be located, and then press the Get Coordinates button. 2. Select the correct Time Zone for the location of this player.
1. Select an Available Channel you would like to playback on the monitor. 2. Select the proper Format of the screen. 3. Select the appropriate screen Resolution. 4. Once you have entered all the above fields, click the Save button.
● Once your player has been saved, it will automatically configure your device information to the player configuration page and your player will recognize the pin and show that your content will begin to sync
Accessing the web console of your Smart Player 1. After registering your device in CCHD, if you need to configure a MediaBridge, or would like to access the player for device management purposes, on a workstation that has network access to your player, open a web browser and enter the IP address displayed on the Industry Weapon Splash Screen into the URL bar (Username = admin Password = default). You will arrive at the page shown below:
2. On this page you will see your device already configured to your Account ID, Device ID and Account Pin. Provided your player has access to the cloud, the MediaBridge IP address will be automatically detected, and you can manage your device from here. *If your player does not have cloud access, you will need to manually enter in the MediaBridge IP address.
