Outage Office Shift Team

- Receive plant parts / system groups - Operational Surveillance from the Control Room Shift Team - Assure that all safety requirements - Release, coordinate and supervise are fulfilled the works - Release plant parts / system groups - Return plant parts / system groups into maintenance acc. after maintenance in a ready state to to all safety requirements the Control Room Shift Team - Receive plant parts / system groups back after maintenance

Site Organisation of Nuclear Power Plants The Outage Office Team is gradually being built up during the planning phase ca. 3 months before begin of outage. These licencees organise different works together with the system engineers and prepare the safety measures Few interfaces! The same persons coordinate the works during the outage together with the system engineers.
