Sherwood Celtic Music Festival 2012 Dates: Sep 22-23, 2012; Exhibitor Fee: $175 (due with contract)
Booth Select the option that describes your booth plans: I would like to sell from my own tent I would like to rent a booth from the faire or from a Sherwood Forest Faire vendor who is not present ($150) Additional Services I require electricity ($25). I prefer electricity ($25) but can function without it if necessary I do not have my own general liability insurance policy so need coverage from the faire ($125 for the weekend – sorry, that is the cheapest weekend rate our insurance company can give us!) Note: every vendor must be insured. We cannot offer our insurance policy to weapons vendors; anyone selling weapons must acquire their own.

(note: not all of your products need to be Celtic‐themed, but at least attempt to justify your presence!)

Booth Select the option that describes your booth plans: I would like to construct a booth and have read Section IV of the Vendor Handbook If this is a requirement for you, please submit your Building Application along with your Vendor Application I would like to utilize my period‐appropriate tent I would like to rent a booth from the Faire, if available ($650) Additional Services I require electricity ($175 for the season). I prefer electricity ($175 for the season) but can function without it if necessary I do not have my own general liability insurance policy so need coverage from the faire ($250 for a one‐year policy covering any events you participate in on our land). Note: every vendor must be insured. We cannot offer our insurance policy to weapons vendors; anyone selling weapons must acquire their own.
