The approach to the Manor gives you a sense of the beautiful grounds where your wedding will be held, with enchanting views over the 192 acres of parkland golf course; we truly are a photographers dream. Winter wedding packages are available Monday to Sunday throughout the winter months (October-to March) whether it’s a small intimate ceremony or a large extravagant day we have winter wedding packages to suit all. The interior retains many original features with glittering chandeliers adding to the ambience of an elegant era. Vardon's Restaurant offers imaginative culinary delights and is suitable for intimate A la carte dining. Large parties are accommodated in our elegant Penina suite. Accommodation is available throughout the Christmas period with rates starting from just £69.00 per room (based on double occupancy on a room only basis). A deposit of £25.00 per room is required to secure accommodation bookings. All residents may enjoy the full use of our Leisure Club. This includes its large heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym. Room upgrades are available (subject to availability and upgrade supplement). New Year’s Eve Gourmet Dinner The pinnacle of cuisine and style. A scrumptious seven course dining extravaganza awaits at the New Years Eve Gourmet. With nothing spared, our Head Chef and his talented team have created a wonderful menu which will be accompanied by wines specially selected to compliment the dishes. Once service is complete the dancing begins as the doors to the Penina Suite are opened. As midnight approaches our piper will bring in the New Year. Vardon’s Restaurant New Years Eve Gourmet Dinner. These apply to all the events within this brochure.

All bookings for Christmas Party Nights, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve must be secured with a £10.00 per person deposit within 10 days of the booking being made. All deposits are non re fundable or transferable. Deposits for cancelled places will not be transferred as deductions from the final balance. Full payment for the Christmas party nights, Christmas day, boxing day and New Years Eve must be made no later than fourteen days prior to the date of your booking. For a Christmas party night booking, please indicate your preferred table arrangement at the time of booking. We reserve the right to arrange the tables as we deem necessary although every effort will be made to honour your requirements. A pre order is required for all the Christmas party night bookings. This must be accompanies by place cards with the guests name and individual food order. A table plan should reach Shaw Hill no later than fourteen days prior to your booking. In the absence of these items Shaw Hill may not be able to fulfil your preferred food order. Party nights may take place in Vardon's restaurant, the Penina suite or throughout both depending on the number of guests booked. In the unusual event that a party night has to be cancelled Shaw Hill will offer an alternative date or full re fund to all guests attending. If the advertised entertainment is not available Shaw Hill will endeavour to provide an alternative. Shaw Hill reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not been confirmed with a deposit.
