The outer diameter of products can be measured immediately after the turning process. This prevents defective products from being produced.

The EX Series prevents problems by measuring distortion in the die or its improper position due to setting errors. The compact, thin profile sensor head allows accurate measurement even in tight spaces inside the machine.

The FW Series ensures reliable detection of multi-colored targets without being affected by the colors. In addition, detection is unaffected by mold release agents in the environment.

Due to the coolant on the target surface, reliable detection of an atomized area is difficult with conventional reflective photoelectric sensors. The FW Series is detection unaffected by the coolant on the target surface.

One SL-C pair and two SL-M mirrors are used. Since a single pair of sensors is used, multiple sides can be protected without worrying about additional time for installation.

For long distance applications, such as a safety fence, using two pairs of sensors requires difficult cable routing. Using the SL-M Series allows just one pair of sensors to cover the entire area, saving time for installation.
