Program Dates: • Trip Program Dates: Based on performance between May 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012 • Rewards Catalog Starting Date: May 1, 2012 (This is an ongoing program with points redeemable at any time)

Eligible Sales Representatives: All U.S. Sales Representatives actively employed at Hearth & Home Technologies distributors promoting Heat & Glo and/or Heatilator. Exclusions: Sales representatives participating in the myhht Rewards program for dealers are not eligible for distributor program participation in 2012.

Point Structure/Rules: • Sales Representatives receive varying myhht Reward points for each eligible unit sale of a Heatilator or Heat & Glo product • Sale must be entered at myHHT.com within 60 days of sale • All submissions for product sales prior to 12/31/2012 and submitted online at myHHT.com by 1/15/2013 will be eligible for trip rewards • Passport fees will not be covered by HHT. Please note that it may take up to 90 days to get a new passport.

Reward Opportunities: • Reward Catalog: At any time, Sales Representatives can redeem myhht Rewards points from our online rewards catalog*. Featuring a variety of items available at different point levels, Sales Representatives are able to choose what they want, when they want it.
