SITA UK is a national recycling and resource management company, providing recycling and waste management services for organisations throughout the UK. We provide secure shredding services for some of the UK’s most security-conscious organisations, including governmental organisations, national banks, accountancy firms, law firms, NHS Trusts and police forces. We collect confidential material in secure containers, shred it so it is unrecognisable and then recycle it. We offer both mobile and off-site shredding services. Mobile shredding takes place at your premises using one of our specialist shredding trucks, while off-site shredding takes place at one of our secure shredding facilities.

All of our staff have 10-year-history security checks (which exceeds the standard) and are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. We offer a range of secure shredding and collection services for paper documents as well as non-paper materials such as packaging, uniforms, ID cards, x-rays and media waste (CDs/DVDs, hard drives, memory sticks and microfiche). Making tissue products We have partnered with a major hygiene paper products manufacturer that takes shredded paper from SITA UK and turns it into new tissue products. This shred to tissue scheme means we can supply you with tissue products for your workplace that are made from the confidential documents we shred.

Total waste management We are the only national secure shredding company that can also take care of all your recycling and waste management needs. We can deal with all the different types of waste that your company produces, so you benefit from having just one waste management supplier.

Collection at a frequency that suits you Every organisation produces different amounts of confidential documents, which is why we can arrange regular scheduled collections at a frequency that suit you. We can also offer one-off collections. This service is ideal for archive document destruction, end-of-financial year clearance and office clear-outs.
