This camp is designed to teach basketball at a basic level and keep players active and engaged. Basketball-like games will be played to teach the importance of each skill learned. Camp Big Cat

Camp Big Cat will be a fun but intense and focused goalkeeping specific camp which will accelerate the goalkeeper’s development. This camp will focus on a variety of goalkeeping specific areas including: handling, diving, crosses, distribution, breakaways and footwork. During camp there will be time spent viewing demonstrations and participating in question/answer sessions. Big Cat Goalkeeping works with all levels of goalkeepers and will ensure that no one feel left behind. So if you are new to goalkeeping don’t worry, the staff at Team Big Cat will take care of you. Challenger Sports British Soccer Camps

These camps include technical and tactical instruction in all areas including goal keeping. Emphasis is placed on individual ball control and skill development through a coaching mix of maximum participation, progressive practices and small side games. Fee includes a ball and T-shirt. Chicago Outlaws Boys Lacrosse Camps

Learn fundamental techniques and skills necessary to be a successful lacrosse player by the Chicago Outlaws Lacrosse. Basic skills will be emphasized and range from ground balls, passing and throwing to stick skills, one-on-one skills and team format. Chicago Outlaws has a limited amount of equipment available for a $25 rental fee at the camp. (Equipment is adult sizes). All participants will get a reversible pinny. Professional Soccer Academy Camps

An experienced staff of coaches, including former college athletes, will teach your player a variety of soccer skills. Lil Pros Camps will introduce soccer in a fun, fast-paced environment that focuses on building balance, coordination, and fundamental soccer skills while helping develop listening skills, cooperation, and teamwork. Pro Camp players will enhance their individual skill level to strengthen all technical areas. All facets of soccer (dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and defense) will be worked on. Whether you are an experienced soccer player or a beginner, the Professional Soccer Academy staff will work to take your game to the next level. All campers receive a T-shirt, water bottle, and ball bag. Both camps spend the last day showing off the skills learned throughout the week with Soccer Olympics and a water fight (weather permitting). Mark Stilling Football Skills Camp & 7-on-7 League

Players will improve their overall game playing football games, having fun and learning new skills in this camp run by Schaumburg High School Head Football Coach Mark Stilling and his players. Players will review fundamentals as needed and a skill progression approach will be utilized to introduce more difficult techniques. Camp will provide daily “7 on 7” competition to teach the importance of learned skills. (7 on 7 football is a fast paced, pass oriented form of football that hones football skills. No tackling is permitted). This camp is great for newcomers and experienced players.

Pickleball Camps

Pickleball isn’t just an activity for gym class! This fun, addicting game incorporates elements of tennis, ping pong, and badminton, and is a good aerobic workout. Players use a wooden or plastic paddle to hit a wiffle ball over the net, with rules similar to tennis (but on a smaller court). Try something new this summer with this camp! Skyhawks Flag Football Camps

2016 SUMMER CAMPS

This program is perfect for beginner and intermediate young athletes who want a complete introduction to “America’s Game” or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play. Through our “skill-of-the-day” activities, campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning—all presented in a fun and positive environment. The week ends with the Skyhawk’s Super Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! All participants receive a T-shirt, football, and player evaluation. Skyhawks Beginning Golf Camp

This program focuses on building the confidence of young athletes by teaching proper technique to refine essential skills of the game. Golf is a challenging and lifelong sport, so young athletes need proper focus on the fundamentals of form, swinging, putting, and body positioning. To assist in this training, Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system to its curriculum. SNAG utilizes a set of equipment designed for beginning golfers, including oversized plastic club heads and mini tennis balls to help build confidence and to have fun. Developed by PGA professionals, SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player and simplifies instruction for an easy, effective transition onto the golf course. No need to bring your own clubs-all equipment is provided. All participants receive a Tshirt and merit award. Participant-to-coach ratio approximately 8:1. For centuries artists have taken inspiration from nature. Campers will engage in activities that intertwine nature study and artistic expression. Each day is filled with art projects, spanning a wide array of techniques, including painting, drawing, sculpting, print making and woodworking. Come with your imagination and leave an artist!
