Upon arrival at the hotel, the Group Leader and three (3) assistants (2 adults per coach) should proceed to the Front Desk to retrieve key packets while the balance of group remains on coaches. Each key packet is to contain 2 keys per room. Key packets will then be distributed on coaches prior to unloading participants and luggage. FYI: All Phone Service (excluding in-house/room-to-room), Pay TV and Room Service will be unavailable upon arrival. As needed, adults / chaperones can access these services by leaving either a credit card impression or cash deposit at the front desk. Individuals are then responsible for all applicable charges.

Your group gathers outside the Marriott Riverwalk for this evening’s cruise on the San Antonio River. [The boarding area will be on the Riverwalk level, one story below street level, in front of the Marriott Riverwalk. When leaving the River Center Mall, use the Riverwalk exit near the Food Court, and go outside by the Turning Basin. Cross to the left side of the Riverwalk so you can be in front of the Marriott Hotels, first the Marriott River Center and then the Marriott River Walk.]
