Statements & Search Criteria Statements Mission Statement Our department is here to provide help and assistance to our city and county. To lend a helping hand to those we can. Background Statement Salyersville Volunteer Fire Department began in 1946. We are a small department that currently has 25 active members on our roster. Provide Fire Protection, Assist with Medical Runs, M.V.A. Also, make appearances at schools when asked to talk to classes about Fire Prevention, also assist county departments when requested.
