St. Mary’s is looking for boys and girls, ages 9 and up, to join the Altar Server Program. Altar Servers are grouped in teams of 2-3 boys/girls and serve Mass approximately once a month. There will be a meeting on April 24th, immediately following the 11:00am Mass for anyone interested in joining. During this training you will get a complete overview of the duties of an Altar Server. Classes for Grades 2-8 is complete. All outstanding Home Programs should be turned is as soon as possible to the Religious Education Office. Please remember in your prayers our Grade 2 students who attended their First Communion Retreat this past weekend in preparation for their celebration of receiving the Eucharist for the first time.

The Foxboro Knights of Columbus are seeking applicants for the three scholarships, which they administer: ♦ Paul Reynolds Memorial Scholarship This scholarship is open to residents of Foxboro, who are graduating seniors. The scholarship is awarded principally based on a history of community service. Financial need and academic achievement are also considered. ♦ James Stark Memorial Nursing Scholarship This scholarship is awarded to anyone, who is a Foxboro resident or was at the time of High School graduation and who is pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in nursing. The scholarship is awarded based on financial need. ♦ 6063 Scholarship This scholarship is open to members and the immediate family of members of Council 6063, with at least three year s of membership in the Council. Applicants must have completed the first year of college. Eligibility is based on financial need, career intention, and academic achievement.
