Welcome to Sage Software University! Sage Software University is your one-stop shop for all your Sage Software training needs. Whether you're looking for a classroom course, online course, or you are interested in certification on one or more of our many products, then you are in the right place— Sage Software University. In order to register for Sage Software courses, you need to create a My University profile on the Sage Software University Web site. Through “My University” you can join your Realtime and Anytime Learning sessions and launch your assessments. You can also view your billing information, past training, and assessment history.

Getting Started Before you can register for courses, you need to create a profile on Sage Software University (www.sagesoftwareuniversity.com/acs).

To create a Sage Software University profile: 1. Open a Web browser and go to www.sagesoftwareuniversity.com/acs. The Sage Software University Home page appears. 2. From the Sage Software University Home page, click Courses and Registration.

You can search for the course you want before creating a profile, or you can create one right away. This example provides steps for creating one right away. 3. From the left navigation, click Logon.

The Customer Logon page appears.

4. Click the Click here to create your profile! link.

5. Enter a first name, last name, and e-mail address. Click Continue when finished. NOTE: It is recommended to use a company e-mail address.

The Customer Logon page (Step 2) appears.

6. Enter a username and password, and then click Continue.

NOTE: Your username and password will be sent to your e-mail address. Save this information for your records. You will use this profile each time you access Sage Software University.

The Customer Logon page (Step 3) appears. 7. Click Continue.

The Sage Software University Home page appears. At any time in the future, you can click My University to access all the courses for which you are currently registered, past registrations, or to change your contact information.

Registering for a Course on Sage Software University After you create a profile on Sage Software University (SSU), you can begin registering for SSU courses right away. You can search for a course using a variety of search methods: •

By Product: Find the training you need by simply selecting your product line.



By Type: Select training based on the learning method you prefer.



By Location: Find the training courses available in your region, state, and city.



By Track: Our role-based learning tracks are recommended for key members of your staff.



By Schedule: Choose the day, week, or month during which you would like to receive training.



By Course Catalog: View all course and assessment schedules at every location.



Advanced Search: Still can't find what you're looking for? Try our advanced search.

To register for a course: 1. From the Sage Software University Home page, click Courses and Registration.

2. From the left navigation, click the search method you prefer. In this example, if you know the exact course name that you are searching for, use the Advanced Search.

3. On the Advanced Search page, enter the course ID (if known) in the Keyword Search field, and then click Search. You can also use any/all of the search criteria fields: •

Delivery Method



Product Line



Course Name



Location

NOTE: Only the courses with current schedules will appear in the Course Name search.

4. When the search results appear, click Register next to the course schedule for which you want to register. NOTE: Each location where the course is held appears in the course details. Click the location name for details about the training facility. Prices shown are suggested course fees and vary by location. If attending a course at an Authorized Training Center (ATC), the ATC will contact you for payment.

The screen refreshes. 5. Register for any other courses as needed. When you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout link at the top of your screen.

The Checkout Confirmation page appears. 6. Complete your profile information, and click Continue.

The Billing page appears. 7. Choose your payment method, and then confirm billing information. When finished, click Finish.

NOTE: Payment options may vary by course. Credit card processing (if available) is provided through a secure server.

The Registration Completed page appears. 8. You can sync the schedule to Outlook from this screen, or you can click the My University link to view the course in your profile at any time later. 0.

Each time you return to Sage Software University, the course is available for you to view at your convenience. You can also modify your contact information, username and password, and view past registrations.
