Die neu entwickelten Baak-Sohlen zeichnen sich besonders durch innovatives Design, verbunden mit modernsten Sohlenwerkstoffen (EVA/Nitril) aus. Durch den Einsatz einer EVA-Zwischensohle konnte das Gewicht der Schuhe deutlich reduziert und die Druckdämpfung optimiert werden. Für den Träger bedeutet dies, dass durch die ausgeglichene Druckverteilung der Fuß, die Gelenke und die Wirbelsäule weniger belastet werden. Fehlbelastungen des Körpers werden kompensiert und bestehende Schmerzen gelindert bzw. deren Entstehung verhindert. The newly developed Baak soles are characterized in particular by its innovative design associated with state-of-the-art sole materials (EVA/Rubber). Thanks to the use of an EVA midsole, the weight of the shoes has been reduced considerably and the pressure cushioning has also been optimised. For the wearer, this means that less of a strain is placed on the foot, the joints and the spinal cord thanks to the balanced distribution of pressure. Undesirable strains on the body are compensated for and existing pain is alleviated, or is prevented altogether.

EVA (Ethylenvinylacetat) ist ein Hochleistungs-Kautschuk-Schaum, der durch seine elastische und dämpfende Wirkung die Gelenke und Wirbelsäule schont und den biomechanischen Anforderungen des Bewegungsablaufs gerecht wird. Aus diesem Grund setzen wir bei vielen neuen Modellen EVA als Zwischensohlenmaterial ein, um Fehlbelastungen zu verhindern. Weitere Vorteile: Großes Temperatur-Spektrum von –30 °C bis +170 °C, Leichtigkeit.
Who or what is EVA? EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-performance foam rubber whose elastic and cushioning properties ease pressure on the joints and spine. It also meets the biomechanical demands of movement. This is why we often use EVA as a midsole material in many new models to prevent non-axial stress. Additional advantages include its big temperature range from –30 °C to +170 °C and lightness.

ESD Electrostatic Discharge ESD-Schuhe erfüllen die Anforderungen nach EN 613405-1. Der elektrische Durchgangswiderstand liegt zwischen 1 x 105 Ohm und 3,5 x 107 Ohm (oder 0,1 M-Ohm bis 35 M-Ohm). Das Tragen von ESD-Schuhen ist zu empfehlen, wenn die Notwendigkeit besteht, eine elektrostatische Aufladung durch Ableiten der Ladungen zu vermindern, z.B. in Bereichen mit erhöhter Brandoder Explosionsgefahr, erhöhter Staubbelastung (Getreidemühlen) und beim Arbeiten an Produktionsanlagen mit empfindlichen Sensoren und Mikrochips. Die ESD-Ausführung ist eine Zusatzfunktion, der Einsatz im normalen antistatischen Bereich (105 Ohm bis 109 Ohm) ist erlaubt. ESD-Schuhe sind nicht geeignet für Elektriker bzw. bei Arbeiten an elektrische Spannung führenden Quellen (Starkstrom). Für diese Tätigkeit ist isolierendes Schuhwerk erforderlich. Insbesondere das Klima und Verschmutzung können den Durchgangswiderstand beeinflussen. Eine regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Prüfung ist dem Benutzer daher zu empfehlen.

ESD Electrostatic Discharge ESD shoes meet the requirements stipulated in EN 61340-5-1. The electrical volume resistance is between 1 x 105 ohms and 3.5 x 107 ohms (or 0.1 M-ohm to 35 M-ohms). Wearing ESD shoes is to be recommended if there is a need to reduce the build-up of an electrostatic charge by discharging the charges, e.g. in areas where there is an increased risk of fire or explosion, increased exposure to dust (flour mills), and when working on production facilities which have sensitive sensors and microchips.
The ESD version is an additional function; use in the normal antistatic range (105 ohms to 109 ohms) is permitted. ESD shoes are not suitable for electricians or when working on sources which carry voltage (high voltage current). Insulating footwear is required for such work. The climate and level of pollution in particular can have an impact on the volume resistance. The user is therefore advised to carry out regular checks on site.

Springer, bieten wir eine Einlagenversorgung an, die folgendes sicherstellt: n Problemlösung der individuellen orthopädischen Bedürfnisse sowie Vermeidung und Linderung der Schmerzen durch Fehl stellungen, wie z.B. Knick-, Senk-, Spreiz- oder Hohlfüßen. n Zeitsparende Abwicklung bei Ihrem Orthopäden vor Ort. Jeder Orthopädie-Schuhmacher kann die Einlagen direkt bei der Fa. Springer beziehen. Vorschriften und Regeln zum Fußschutz Der Fußschutz als PSA* ist in den Normen EN ISO 20344 – EN ISO 20347 geregelt. Vorschriften und Verfahren zur Prüfung sind in der EN ISO 20344 enthalten. Unterschiedliche Schutzstufen werden in den Normen EN ISO 20345-20347 wie folgt klassifiziert:
Rules and Regulations of Foot Protection Foot protection as PPE* is defined in norms EN ISO 20344 – EN ISO 20347. The regulations and procedures governing testing are contained in EN ISO 20344. Various protection levels are classified in norms EN ISO 20345-20347 as follows:
n EN ISO 20345 „Sicherheitsschuhe“ mit Zehenschutz- kappen, die einer Prüfenergie von 200 Joule standhalten. Kennzeichnung „S“. n EN ISO 20346 „Schutzschuhe“ mit Zehenschutz kappen, die einer Prüfenergie von 100 Joule standhalten. Kennzeichnung „P“. n EN ISO 20347 „Berufsschuhe“ ohne Zehenschutzkappen. Kennzeichnung „O“.
n EN ISO 20345 “Safety Footwear“ with protective toecaps able to resist a test energy of 200 joules. Designation “S“. n EN ISO 20346 “Protective Footwear“ with protective toecaps able to resist a test energy of 100 joules. Designation “P“. n EN ISO 20347 “Occupational Footwear“ without protective toecaps. Designation “O“.
Baak Sicherheitsschuhe entsprechen der Norm EN ISO 20345 und sind somit mit Schutzkappen, die eine Prüfenergie von 200 Joule standhalten, ausgestattet. Sie erfüllen alle Grundanforderungen der EG-Richtlinie für persönliche Schutzausrüstung.
Baak safety shoes comply with the standard EN ISO 20345 and are therefore fitted with protective caps which can withstand a testing energy of 200 joules. They meet all of the basic requirements of the EC Directive on personal protective equipment.
Diese Grundanforderungen werden durch die Buchstaben SB gekennzeichnet und sind z.B. n Rutschhemmung und Abriebwiderstand der Laufsohle n Trennkraft zwischen Sohle und Schuhoberteil n Reißkraft, Festigkeit, Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit, Wasserdampfzahl, ph-Wert des Futters- und Obermaterials n Unschädlichkeit (keine AZO-Farbstoffe) und Tragekomfort
These basic requirements are marked by the letters SB and they include, for example, n Slip resistance and abrasion resistance of the outsole n Separation force between the sole and shoe upper n Tearing force, strength, water vapour permeability, water vapour number, pH of the lining and upper material n Harmlessness (no AZO dyes) and wear comfort
Zusatzanforderungen können je nach Anforderungen des Einsatzbereiches erfüllt werden und sind am Schuh zu kennzeichnen, z.B.: A Antistatische Schuhe E Energieaufnahmevermögen im Fersenbereich P Durchtrittsicherheit CI Kälteisolierung HRO Verhalten gegenüber Kontaktwärme WRU Wasserdurchtritt und Wasseraufnahme SRC Kennzeichen für höchste Kategorie der Rutschhemmung nach DIN EN 13287
