.75 oz Lemon Juice 4 Red Raspberries Lemon Twist

In cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries with simple syrup. Add lemon juice, pomegranate juice, Apple Brandy and shake with ice. Double strain into large champagne flute or wine glass and top with chilled Michelle Brut Rosé. Stir once and garnish with lemon twist, expressing the lemon oils on the drink before placing it in the glass.

In a mixing glass add all ingredients except sparkling wine and quick shake to release citrus flavors, then strain over crushed ice and top with Michelle Brut. Garnish with one mint sprig.

3 Strawberries Muddled 6 Mint Leaves 2 Dashes Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters

In a mixing glass add the bitters, lemon juice, simple syrup, Torres Orange Liqueur, and strawberries, then proceed to muddle all ingredients. Add mint, then shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain the above ingredients over 3 oz of Michelle Brut that has been pre-poured into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the strawberry mint crown.

Combine all ingredients into shaker tin, except Michelle Brut. Shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass and top with Michelle Brut and a dash of Angostura bitters. Garnish with a strawberry and mint sprig.

Combine cherries, mint, and agave syrup into shaker tin and add bitters to shaker tin. Shake vigorously and fine strain into 8 oz champagne flute. Top with 2 oz Michelle Brut.

2 Bar Spoons Strawberry Jam 2 Sprigs Rosemary Glassware: 5.5oz. Coupe

Start by adding the strawberry jam, rosemary and citrus into a tin. Muddle all together to fully extract the rosemary. Then add the sherry and pisco. Shake well. Add 2 oz of Michelle Brut Rosé into a chilled 5.5 oz coup glass. (a champagne glass will also work). Fine strain the ingredients from the tin out and into the glass holding the Michelle Brut Rosé. Garnish by wrapping the stem of the glass with a malleable piece of rosemary, or a small strawberry wedge to garnish the rim.

Combine all ingredients (except Michelle Brut) in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, and strain into a chilled flute. Top with Michelle Brut, garnish with a lime peel.

Pour the chilled Michelle Brut in a glass. Spritz the Torres Orange Liqueur on the ice and create an ice “eggnest” with the same crushed ice using hand citrus press. Garnish with gold flaked blackberry and pour the Crème over the blackberry. Slap the glass with a mint top just for the nose effect.
