WHY USING POLYCARBONATE IN ROOFING? Light weight Ease of transport and installation Impact resistance Mechanical and load bearing resistance Transparency and UV stability Weathering resistance (wind / hail / wide range of service temperatures) Long life Good reaction to fire performance (Class B s1 d0) Specific treatment options for solar control (HS, IR, Athermic) Recyclable Shatterproof if broken

TREATMENTS: XL both sides UV protected: option of co-extruded UV protection on both sides of the panel or the sheets. Solar control: surface and in-mass treatments designed to reduce the percentage of infrared rays that pass through the panel or the sheet, enabling significant control of inside temperatures. FINISHES AND COLOURS: Option of a fiberglass-based solution and fiberglass-free solution, offering several levels of light diffusion. Various colour options available, including opal and bronze.

BDL 10-16-25 mm Modular multiwall polycarbonate panel (module = 600 mm), both sides UV protected, provided with polycarbonate or anodized aluminium joining profile and stainless steel fixing hooks. STRENGTHS Panels can be cold-bended: self-supporting solution. PC joining profile: handling, ease of installation, more light transmission. Aluminium joining profile: higher load resistance. 7-wall structure: improved thermal insulation. Available thickness range: 10, 16 and 25 mm. Excellent versatility to suit different demands.

MODULIT® Modular multiwall polycarbonate panel (module = 490/500 mm), top side UV protected, with tongue and groove fastening, provided with anodized aluminium profiles, fixing hooks and sealing gaskets. STRENGTHS 490/500 mm module: easy handling when carrying and installing panels. Tongue and groove fastening: ease of installation, smooth look and better light transmission. Available thicknesses from 20 to 60 mm with different structures: able to fulfill several insulation requirements. Gasket co-extruded in tongue and groove joint (optional): greater airtight and waterproof properties. 03

POLYCARBONATE SYSTEMS AND SHEETS

GRECATEC® AND ONDATEC Multiwall corrugated polycarbonate panel, top side UV protected, suitable for use in combination with sandwich panels and corrugated metal sheets, both for straight pitched applications and curved skylights (thermobended panel with radius = R 3500 or 6000 mm). STRENGTHS 1000 mm module: optimum light transmission, especially suited for replacement in ridge-to-gutter applications. Available thicknesses from 2,5 to 25 mm: able to fulfill several insulation requirements. Thermosealed ends: reduces the condensation effect and the dirt deposit inside the cells. Panel-to-panel end lapping (except very thick panels): roofs with long slope lengths. Panel-to-panel side lapping: fully glazed roofing. Panel-to-sandwich panel side lapping: versatility for use in combination with most common corrugated metal sheets and sandwich panels. Co-extruded gasket built into overlap rib (optional): greater airtight and waterproof properties, reduced dirt deposit, compensation of any assembly flaws.
