With the existing of ASEAN NCAP, improvement of crash protection system can be speeded up. No need to wait until 2020!!!! For VRU issue ,ASEAN NCAP can help reducing risk to VRU by promoting crash rating for pedestrian protection and avoidance. For motorcycle issue, ASEAN NCAP can help encouraging car maker to develop a safety technology to avoid MC collision eg.
