In applications such as forming systems, heavy-duty metal cutting and handling systems for heavy loads, roller rail systems reduce friction by up to 90 percent compared to conventional slideways. This important performance advantage plus reduced assembly costs reduce machine manufacturing costs and significantly enhance precision. Size 100 has a static load capacity of up to 1,218 kN. The dynamic load capacity with long runner blocks is 632 kN, which is equivalent to the maximum take-off weight of an Airbus 318.
